If you want to contribute with a presentation, please send the following data to anmeldung@vcfb.de:

• title of the presentation,
• name of the speaker,
• e-mail address (only used for contacting you, won't be published),
• presentation length (45 or 90 minutes),
• abstract of the presentation (used on the website and in the printed event program),
• required video interface,
• consent to recording and publication of the presentation under a CC license,
• consent to the privacy policy for participants (German),

and optionally

• required audio interface,
• postal address (if you need car park tickets),
• misc.
